He's rather pretty, and his range of colours are extremely eyecatching. The colours have quite a mystic look to them, and almost remind me of the night sky. 

You've blended the colours nicely, using a neat transition from light to dark. It's extremely effective and adds a lot of depth to the image.

You've done a good job with the features. ^_^ The facial features are extremely adorable, and although it's in a chibi style, you've still ensured that the features distinctly match the appearance of the given species.

I like your shading ^_^ It's solid and effective.
